Ingredients

  • 500 ml yogurt (soy)
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the soy yogurt in a medium bowl. Grate the onion. Press the garlic clove through the garlic press and add it as well. Finally, grate the 1/2 cucumber and add it as well. The whole thing seems a bit fluid at first. So stir well for a while and then the tzatziki gets a firmer consistency.
  2. Jacket potatoes go well with it.
