- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 500 g crème fraîche
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 4 cloves garlic
- Pinch salt
- Pinch pepper
- 2 teaspoon fondor
- Parsley, dried
- Chives, dried
- possibly paprika powder
- possibly curry powder

- Mix together low-fat quark and cream cheese, press garlic and fold in. Dice the cucumber very small - fold in. Season with salt, pepper and fondor (possibly paprika / curry).
- Put in a clean bowl, smooth out . Sprinkle chives and parsley on top.
