- Prepare recipe products for fish soup with egg.
- Peel and finely chop the onion.
- Peel and dice the potatoes.
- Boil water, salt it. Put potatoes cut into large cubes in boiling salted water.
- Cut the fish into pieces.
- Add prepared cut fish and cook until tender (15 minutes). Add chopped onion, pepper, bay leaf 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
- Beat the eggs. Before serving, add beaten eggs to the ukha and bring to a boil. Turn off your ukha
