Ukha with a Beaten Egg

Ukha (fish soup) with beaten egg.

Ingredients

  • Hake – 500 g
  • Potatoes – 3-5 pcs.
  • Onions – 1-2 pcs.
  • Eggs – 1-2 pcs.
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Bay leaf – 1 pc.

Directions

  1. Prepare recipe products for fish soup with egg.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  3. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  4. Boil water, salt it. Put potatoes cut into large cubes in boiling salted water.
  5. Cut the fish into pieces.
  6. Add prepared cut fish and cook until tender (15 minutes). Add chopped onion, pepper, bay leaf 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
  7. Beat the eggs. Before serving, add beaten eggs to the ukha and bring to a boil. Turn off your ukha
  8. Ukha with a beaten egg is ready.
