Ingredients
- g 1,200 chicken wins
- salt and pepper
For the sauce:
- 200 ml ketchup
- 150 ml cola
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon aroma, liquid smoke aroma, (Liquid Smoke)
- 3 dashes Tabasco
- 4 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon, leveled spice mixture, (BBQ spice with salt content)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ garlic granules
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ onion (s), dried (or 0.25 onion powder)
- 2 pinches pepper
- salt

- First, the Coca Cola BBQ sauce is stirred cold from the sauce ingredients. The prepared chicken wings are moved and layered in layers (if possible two layers in total) in the crock pot. Each layer is lightly sprinkled with salt and pepper and doused with a little sauce. Finally, the rest of the sauce is poured over the dish evenly. Cover. The braising time is 3 - 4 hours at the highest level (HIGH).
- Note: Grill fans keep a few tablespoons of the sauce and stew the dish for only about 2 hours (half-cooked) until everything appears well drawn and juicy. Brush the wings with the remaining sauce and gently fry them over medium heat in the oven or on the grill until crispy.
- Flavor: Very spicy, slightly sweet.
