Incredibly delicious caramel cheesecake without baking!
Ingredients
7 pcs Bread
1 banana
2 tablespoon cocoa
Cream:
Pack of cottage cheese
1 jar of curd cheese
Chocolate paste
15 gr. Gelatin
1 glass of water
Fruit for decoration
Directions
Base: grind 7 pieces of bread with a blender, 1 banana + 2 teaspoon cocoa in a blender, mix with bread, make a base.
Cream: 1 pack of cottage cheese 5% + 1 jar of soft cottage cheese mix and add the sugar-free chocolate paste.
Dissolve 15 g gelatin in water 150 g and add to cottage cheese, beat everything with a blender, and pour on the base. Refrigerate until solid. You can decorate with any fruit you want.
