Unsweetened Kefir and Greens Cocktail

A simple and tasty drink from a minimum of ingredients is an unsweetened cocktail of kefir and herbs. Such a fermented milk drink based on kefir is easy and quick to prepare, perfectly refreshes, and invigorates. Not a bad option for a light breakfast!

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Kefir – 400 ml
  • Purified water – 400 ml
  • Dill – 15 g (5-6 branches)
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Kefir and water are best cooled beforehand.
  2. Combine kefir and water in a blender bowl. Add salt.
  3. We wash and dry the dill. Remove the thick stems and send the dill herbs to the blender bowl.
  4. Beat at high speed for about a couple of minutes, until smooth and frothy.
  5. Unsweetened kefir and greens cocktail are ready. We pour it into glasses and serve it to the table. Bon Appetit!
