• 250 g flour
• 220 g butter
• 200 g sour cream

• some jam, (strawberry jam)
• 100 g powdered suar

Instructions

1. Knead the flour, butter, egg yolk, sour cream and a pinch of salt into a dough. Let it rest in the refrigerator for two hours.
2. Then roll out the dough and cut or knurle small squares. Fill with the jam, glue the edges with the egg yolk, fold across corners to form triangles and press down.
3. Bake at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes. The cushions are good when they are golden yellow. Roll the cushions in powdered sugar while they are still warm.
4. Also tastes good with other jams. In well-sealed pastry jars, it can be kept for a good 4 weeks.
