Instructions

  1. Put the cut pretzels in a bowl. Bring the milk to the boil and pour in. Add eggs and chopped parsley. Mix everything carefully. Only now fold in the flour (important for binding). Shape the dough into dumplings.
  2. Let it steep in boiling salted water for about 20-25 minutes.
