Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 200 g sour cream or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (honey vinegar)
- 2 teaspoons vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 teaspoon, leveled mustard
- 2 teaspoons, leveled sugar, brown
- 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
- 2 tablespoon oil, no olive oil!
- 1 small onion (s), red
- 2 small cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon, leveled dill, dried
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- Radishes, possibly

- Finely dice the onion and garlic and mix with the sour cream. Add the vinegars, mustard, sugar and Worcestershire sauce and stir everything well. Finally mix in the oil.
- Peel the cucumber, finely slice it and add to the sauce. Season everything well with a lot of pepper, salt, lemon juice and dill and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours. Then, if necessary, season again with salt and pepper.
- If you like, you can also add half a bunch of radishes. If you prefer a lot of sauce, take a cucumber, if you like it less runny, take 2 cucumbers. You can use sour cream instead of sour cream. Of course you can also use fresh dill, but I usually only have dried dill at home, as I usually choose this salad spontaneously.
