Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 200 g sour cream or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (honey vinegar)
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled mustard
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled sugar, brown
  • 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
  • 2 tablespoon oil, no olive oil!
  • 1 small onion (s), red
  • 2 small cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled dill, dried
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Radishes, possibly

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion and garlic and mix with the sour cream. Add the vinegars, mustard, sugar and Worcestershire sauce and stir everything well. Finally mix in the oil.
  2. Peel the cucumber, finely slice it and add to the sauce. Season everything well with a lot of pepper, salt, lemon juice and dill and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours. Then, if necessary, season again with salt and pepper.
  3. If you like, you can also add half a bunch of radishes. If you prefer a lot of sauce, take a cucumber, if you like it less runny, take 2 cucumbers. You can use sour cream instead of sour cream. Of course you can also use fresh dill, but I usually only have dried dill at home, as I usually choose this salad spontaneously.
