Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed

Instructions

  1. Cut the Gouda cheese and the washed bell pepper into cubes and set aside in a bowl.
  2. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Then peel the onion and garlic, chop them into small pieces and sauté in a pan with the butter until translucent. Pour the hot milk over the sliced rolls in a large mixing bowl of the food processor and add the cooled onion-garlic mixture.

  4. Brush a roasting pan with melted butter and sprinkle with some breadcrumbs and fill in the meat dough and top with flakes of butter. Place the closed roasting pan in the preheated oven on the 2nd rail from the bottom and bake for 1 hour with top and bottom heat at 170 ° C.
  5. At the end of the baking time, remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes at 200 ° C until golden brown.
  6. Drain the excess fat from the roaster and turn the meatloaf onto a board, turn it over and cut it into slices.
