Ingredients
Banana – 1 pc. (200-250 g)
Blueberries (fresh or frozen) – 1 cup (150-200 g)
Kiwi (optional) – 1 pc. (80-90 g)
Kefir (or natural yogurt) – 1 cup (200-250 g)
Directions
Prepare banana and kiwi, cut them into slices. Frozen blueberries do not need to be thawed (or partially thawed). Choose kefir or yogurt according to your taste (if you count calories, use a low-fat product).
Combine banana, kiwi, blueberries, and kefir in a blender. Whisk everything until smooth. Try it – if it turns out sour (depends on berries and fruits), and this confuses you, add sugar to your smoothie to taste.
