Ingredients

  • 700 ml milk
  • 3 vanilla pod (s)
  • 70 g cornstarch
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 80 g suar
  • 600 ml natural yogurt
  • 60 g biscuit (s) (shortbread biscuits)
  • 40 g biscuit (s) (oreo)
  • 2 apples
  • 6 nectarine (s)
  • cream (spray cream)
  • blueberries

Instructions

  1. Whisk the milk, sugar, starch and egg yolks together. Scrape the pulp from the vanilla pods and stir into the milk mixture. Now heat the mixture, stirring constantly, but never let it boil, otherwise the egg will flocculate.
  2. When the mass begins to thicken a little, turn off the stove completely and pour the pudding either into bowls or into a bowl. Tip: For an even more intense vanilla taste, you can heat the vanilla pods in the milk and only remove them before serving.
  3. Crush the biscuits (e.g. in a bag) into crumbs. Peel, core, cut and grate the apples. Then put both in a bowl and mix well with the yogurt.
  4. Stone the nectarines, cut them roughly and then puree them in a blender. Now layer the whole thing in glasses and then decorate with whipped cream and blueberries.
