Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and cut into pieces and fry until golden brown. Something sweet. Just before the end of the roasting time, add the raisins and, if you like, some cinnamon.
  2. Separate egg. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  3. Mix the cornstarch in a little milk. Bring the rest of the milk with the sweetener or vanilla sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Add the mixed cornstarch while stirring until it thickens, then stir in the egg yolks and remove the pudding from the heat. Add the fried apples and raisins and fold in the whipped egg whites.
  4. Can be eaten warm or chilled. I always devour the pudding before it cools down.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
