Ingredients
- 1 kg blueberries
- 500 ml orange juice
- 1 packet vanilla flavoring (bourbon)
- 1 packet preserving sugar, 3: , 500 g

- Puree half of the blueberries, place in a sufficiently large saucepan with the remaining blueberries, orange juice, vanilla flavor and sugar.
- Bring everything to the boil while stirring and let it simmer for at least 3 minutes. Stir the whole time and skim if necessary.
- Pour jam into prepared glasses. Close the jars and leave them on the lids for 5 minutes.
