Ingredients

  • 1 kg blueberries
  • 500 ml orange juice
  • 1 packet vanilla flavoring (bourbon)
  • 1 packet preserving sugar, 3: , 500 g

Instructions

  1. Puree half of the blueberries, place in a sufficiently large saucepan with the remaining blueberries, orange juice, vanilla flavor and sugar.
  2. Bring everything to the boil while stirring and let it simmer for at least 3 minutes. Stir the whole time and skim if necessary.
  3. Pour jam into prepared glasses. Close the jars and leave them on the lids for 5 minutes.
