Ingredients

  • 140 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 50 g almond (s), round
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 8 tablespoon brandy or rum
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together. Form small croissants and bake at approx. 180 ° C for 15 minutes. After baking, dip briefly in brandy or rum and dust with powdered sugar.
  2. Tip: In the meantime I don`t dip them any more, instead I brush them with brandy or rum with a pastry brush, otherwise they will disintegrate too easily.
