Delicious vanilla cake!

Ingredients

  • Margarine – 375 g
  • Sugar – 375 g
  • Eggs – 6 pcs.
  • Flour – 375 g
  • Baking powder – 3 teaspoon
  • Milk – 6 tablespoons
  • Vanilla sugar – 3 bags
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Directions

  1. Beat the margarine with sugar. Then stir in the beaten eggs in portions, while adding flour on a spoon so that the mass does not curl.
  2. Pour in the rest of the flour with baking powder, pour in the milk and add vanilla sugar, mix.
  3. Pour the resulting mass into a cake pan greased with margarine and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. at 190 degrees.
  4. Cool the finished cake and serve.
