Vanilla Cupcakes (Basic Recipe)

What better way to decorate the table in a small amount of time and bring a lot of pleasure, if not wonderful vanilla muffins ?! This miracle will help you out even when the guests are at your doorstep.

Ingredients
- Sugar – 150 Grams
- Self-rising flour – 200 grams
- Natural Vanillin – 2 Drops
- Butter – 250 Grams
- Egg – 3 Pieces
- Milk – 3 tbsp
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Directions
- First you need to prepare all the ingredients.
- Grind butter and sugar in a mixer bowl.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well each time. Add flour and baking powder, and pour in milk.
- Continue whisking. Add 2 drops of vanillin. I advise natural with vanilla seeds.
- Fill the dough molds with the prepared dough (about 2/3). Bake the muffins in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
