Ingredients
- 1 kg quark
- 2 packs custard powder (vanilla)
- 1 liter milk
- 100 g suar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar

- Prepare the pudding with the milk according to the instructions on the packet. Add to the quark while it is still warm. Then stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Chill until ready to serve.
- Applesauce tastes very good with it.
