Ingredients

  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 65 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla flavor
  • 250 g low-fat quark

Instructions

  1. Remove 6 tablespoons of the milk and mix them with the custard powder, sugar and vanilla sugar. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil. Now remove the milk from the hob and stir in the mixed pudding powder. Then bring to the boil again, stirring constantly. Remove from the hotplate and let cool down a little. Add the quark to the pudding and stir in well.
  2. Pour the cream into dessert glasses and chill. Serve with fruits if you like.
