  • some butter
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped curry powder
  • 100 g suar, brown

Instructions

  1. Place the peach halves in a baking dish or muffin tin with the cut surfaces facing up. Mix the brown sugar with the curry powder and add a teaspoon each to the stone hollow. Place a flake of butter on top of the sugar and place in the oven preheated to 200 ° until the sugar caramelizes.
  2. Put the desired amount of vanilla ice cream in dessert bowls and pour the hot peach halves with some of the resulting brew over them. Serve immediately.
  3. I`ve made this dessert many times as it is easy to prepare. I didn`t tell my guests beforehand that the exotic ingredient was curry. Everyone has liked it so far, but some have told me that they would never have tried it if they had known beforehand that it contained curry.
