Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoon ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
  • 3 small banana (s)
  • some pumpkin seed oil
  • some butter
  • possibly cinnamon - sugar

Instructions

  1. First, the bananas are peeled off and cut in half lengthways. If you want, you can also quarter it. Then heat some butter in the pan and fry the banana slices until they are golden brown on both sides.
  2. After taking them out of the pan, dividing them up and placing them on 3 dessert plates, add 2 tablespoons of vanilla ice cream to each plate. Then you sprinkle the whole thing with a little pumpkin seed oil and if you want you can also sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar on it!
