Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 60 g suar
  • 2 sachets pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 0.5 ½ pack poppy seed cake
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 1 sachet cream stabilizer

Instructions

  1. Mix the pudding powder with 1/4 l milk and the sugar, bring the remaining milk and the poppy seed mixture to the boil. Stir in the powder, bring to the boil. Possibly add sugar, depending on your taste.
  2. Put the finished pudding in a bowl to cool and cover with cling film to prevent skin from forming. When the pudding is cold, beat the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener. Stir the pudding again and fold in 3/4 of the cream. Put the rest in a piping bag and decorate the pudding as you like.
