Ingredients

  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • 500 ml milk
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 125 g mascarpone
  • 300 g blueberries
  • 50 g almond slivers

Instructions

  1. Cook a vanilla pudding with the milk, puddling powder and sugar as described on the package.
  2. Stir the mascarpone into the still hot pudding, cover with cling film (place directly on the pudding so that no skin forms) and let the pudding cool.
  3. Now roast the almonds in a coated pan without fat over medium heat until golden yellow and let them cool. Sort and wash the blueberries.
  4. Stir the pudding cream until smooth and layer alternately with the blueberries and the almond slivers in dessert glasses and refrigerate until ready to serve.
