Instructions

  1. Put the peeled bananas together with the oil and sugar in a bowl and puree with a hand blender. Then add the flour, spelled flakes, baking powder and salt and stir again. The dough will be quite firm. I added a dash of mineral water, it loosens the mass a little. Now cut the apple into small cubes and fold into the batter.
  2. Finally, fill the dough into the muffin molds and bake in the preheated oven at 150 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
  3. When I serve them, I like to top the apple-banana muffins with a little sugar and cinnamon.
  4. The recipe makes 18 muffins.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
