  • 160 g applesauce
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ sachet baking powder
  • 1 shot mineral water
  • 3 apples
  • cinnamon
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Make a smooth batter from flour, sugar, margarine, vanilla sugar, baking powder, applesauce and water. Put this in a greased cake pan or a lined cake pan. I always used the mold to make a cake base. Chill the dough.
  2. Then peel the apples and cut into wedges. The apple wedges are distributed on the cake. Then sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake the cake at 180 ° C for about 20-30 minutes.
  3. When the cake comes out of the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
