Instructions

  1. Mix 200 g flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, possibly vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Add 120 g margarine, oat milk and 50 ml water to the mixture. If the dough does not knead well, add about 10 ml or more of water. Wrap the dough in foil and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  2. Mix and knead 150 g flour, 6 tablespoons sugar, a pinch of cinnamon and the remaining margarine. Wrap in foil and put in the fridge for 2 hours.
  3. Peel the apples, cut into relatively thin wedges and mix with a little lemon juice and cinnamon. Put the apples in the fridge. Preheat the oven.
  4. Grease a 24 or 26 springform pan and press the first cold dough into the pan. I rolled out the bottom with a glass. Press a 5 cm high edge into the mold. Spread some of the cut apples in a circle on the floor. Put the applesauce on top so that there are no gaps. Place the remaining apples on top of the applesauce.
  5. Shape the second dough into crumbles and crumble them onto the apples. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon sugar at the end. Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 ° C.
