Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (s), organic
  • 1 banana (s), organic
  • 40 g marzipan paste
  • 400 ml oat milk (oat drink), spelled, almond or soy milk will certainly work too
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (s) vanilla powder
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom, to taste
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 teaspoons xylitol (sugar substitute) or sugar, stevia (in a different amount) would also work
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and remove the pulp. Peel the banana. Mix the avocado, banana, marzipan mixture, oat milk and the spices including cocoa and sugar in a smoothie maker for about 1 minute. Stir in the chia seeds with a spoon. Pour the cream into 2 bowls and chill for at least a quarter of an hour.
