  • 80 ml soy milk (soy drink) vanilla
  • 120 ml syrup, (agave syrup)
  • 240 g flour
  • 0.75 teaspoon ¾ baking soda
  • 0.75 teaspoon ¾ baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 cup blueberries, (blueberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash the bananas and mix in a bowl with soy milk, lemon juice and agave syrup. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. Mix 1-2 tablespoons of the flour mixture with the blueberries. Mix the remaining flour into the banana mixture. Finally fold in the blueberries. Put the dough in the loaf pan and bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes.
