Ingredients

  • 400 g silken tofu
  • 1 kg rhubarb
  • some water
  • 4 tablespoon chia seeds
  • sugar or sweetener

Instructions

  1. First wash the rhubarb and cut into small pieces, then simmer with a little water until the mixture has become fibrous, stir with a whisk. Sweeten as needed.
  2. In a bowl, stir the tofu until creamy. Now stir in the rhubarb and add the chia seeds.
  3. Store in the refrigerator overnight to allow the seeds to swell.
