Ingredients
- 400 g silken tofu
- 1 kg rhubarb
- some water
- 4 tablespoon chia seeds
- sugar or sweetener

- First wash the rhubarb and cut into small pieces, then simmer with a little water until the mixture has become fibrous, stir with a whisk. Sweeten as needed.
- In a bowl, stir the tofu until creamy. Now stir in the rhubarb and add the chia seeds.
- Store in the refrigerator overnight to allow the seeds to swell.
