  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 7 tablespoon oil (cooking oil)
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 banana (s), ripe
  • 150 ml coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour and mix with cocoa. Add sugar and vanilla sugar. Make a hollow. Puree the bananas and mix with coconut milk. Pour into the well and add oil. Stir gently to avoid lumps. Gradually mix in water. You may need less! Finally mix in baking powder (sifted). Do not stir too much or the muffins will harden.
  2. Pour approx. 2 tablespoons of batter per muffin into the mold and bake at 180 ° C top and bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
  3. Tip: the more ripe the bananas, the better!
  4. Makes 12 muffins.
