Instructions

  1. Mash the banana and mix with the milk to a pulp. Add the pudding to the banana-milk mix and stir well. Then fold in the salt, vinegar and sugar. Finally add the flour to the mixture and stir well.
  2. Butter the springform pan and sprinkle with sugar so that nothing can stick. Spread the cherries in the form so that they cover the bottom and then pour the entire mixture over the cherries.
  3. Bake at around 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until the clafoutis slowly turns brown at the corners or until no more dough sticks to the toothpick when you test the chopsticks. Serve warm with some ice.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
