Ingredients

  • 200 g rice puddin
  • 400 ml water
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 50 g cane suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) cardamom

Instructions

  1. Put the coconut milk and the water in a saucepan with a pinch of salt and bring to the boil. Add the rice pudding and let it swell, making sure that the rice doesn`t stick to the bottom.
  2. Add some cardamom and stir in the sugar just before the rice has absorbed the liquid.
  3. Serve the rice pudding hot and decorate with fruit, cinnamon and sugar etc. if you like.
