Ingredients
- 200 g rice puddin
- 400 ml water
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 50 g cane suar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) cardamom

- Put the coconut milk and the water in a saucepan with a pinch of salt and bring to the boil. Add the rice pudding and let it swell, making sure that the rice doesn`t stick to the bottom.
- Add some cardamom and stir in the sugar just before the rice has absorbed the liquid.
- Serve the rice pudding hot and decorate with fruit, cinnamon and sugar etc. if you like.
