  • 2 tablespoon paprika powder

  • salt and pepper
  • some sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut into 4 parts with the skin on. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Roughly sprinkle the potatoes with sunflower oil (the amount depends on your taste), sprinkle with corn flour, paprika powder, dill, salt and pepper and mix all the ingredients well with your hands.
  3. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 30 minutes on the middle shelf. After about 20 minutes, turn the potatoes with a wooden spoon and bake until golden brown and crispy.
  4. The crispy baked potatoes can be served with different dishes or simply eaten with salad and dips as desired.
