  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Potatoes – 1-2 Pieces
  • Polka dots – 200 Grams
  • Ginger – 1 Teaspoon
  • Chili Pepper – To taste
  • Bread – 2-3 Slices
  • Flour – 1 Art. the spoon
  • Vegetable oil – 3-4 Tbsp. spoons
  • Spices – To taste

Directions

  1. Wash potatoes and carrots. Boil them with peas in water or steam until tender.
  2. While the vegetables are cooking, crush a few slices of bread into crumbs.
  3. Peel vegetables, cut them into small pieces and place in a deep bowl.
  4. Mash with a potato pusher or fork. It all depends on your tastes. If you want vegan cutlets at home to have a more uniform structure, then you can grind vegetables in a blender or mince them, for example.
  5. In the resulting minced meat, add chopped ginger, chili, salt, 3 tbsp of bread crumbs and spices that you like.
  6. Stir everything well until smooth.
  7. Usually, cutlets are dipped in a beaten egg. In the recipe for cooking vegan cutlets, flour diluted in a small amount of water will be used.
  8. Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
  9. Form cutlets from minced vegetables. You can use cookie cutters for this, for example.
  10. Dip the cutlet into the flour mixture.
  11. Then roll the blanks in bread crumbs on all sides. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.
  12. Place the vegetable cutlets in the skillet. Fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
  13. Here’s a very simple way to make vegan cutlets. A golden crust has already appeared, which means that you can remove the dish from the fire.
  14. Place patties on a paper towel before serving to remove any remaining oil.
