Ingredients

  • 200 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 250 ml rapeseed oil, (or other vegetable oil)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 dash white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. A blender or hand blender is required for this recipe.
  2. Briefly whip the soy milk with the white wine vinegar. Let the oil run in while stirring. Stir in mustard, pepper and plenty of salt.
