Ingredients

  • 100 g smoked tofu
  • 2 small pickles
  • 1 tablespoon cucumber liquid
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled sugar
  • 120 g mayonnaise, vean
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the mayonnaise with the cucumber liquid, sugar, salt and pepper and season to taste.
  2. Cut the smoked tofu into strips. Cut the pickles into small pieces. Mix both with the mayonnaise and season to taste.
  3. Let the salad stand for about 1 hour.
  4. Serve with farmer`s bread or wholemeal bread.
