  • 300 g Galia melon, cored and peeled
  • 50 g soy quark (quark alternative)
  • 40 g chia seeds
  • 20 g xylitol (suar substitute)
  • plant milk (plant drink) or water

Instructions

  1. Cut the Galia melon into pieces and puree with the soy quark. Now stir in the xucker and chia seeds, mix everything carefully. Let the melon chia seed pudding soak in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  2. Depending on your needs and your own taste, liquefy the consistency with a little liquid such as vegetable milk or water.
