Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 240 ml plant drink
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml sparkling mineral water
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch turmeric

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and turmeric together for the beautiful yellow color. Then stir in the mineral water and the plant drink.
  2. Heat the oil or margarine in a pan, add about two tablespoons of the pancake batter to the hot fat and fry the pancakes on both sides until they are golden brown.
