- 300 grams flour
- 240 ml plant drink
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 100 ml sparkling mineral water
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch turmeric

- Mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and turmeric together for the beautiful yellow color. Then stir in the mineral water and the plant drink.
- Heat the oil or margarine in a pan, add about two tablespoons of the pancake batter to the hot fat and fry the pancakes on both sides until they are golden brown.
