Ingredients

  • 150 g apple, finely chopped
  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 8 g bakin powder
  • 8 g vanilla suar
  • 15 g protein powder, (lupine protein)
  • 15 g desiccated coconut
  • 200 g soy drink, (soy rice drink)
  • 5 ml peanut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together except for the oil.
  2. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry several smaller portions of batter one after the other on both sides until the pancakes are golden brown.
  3. Garnish with cinnamon or fruit and serve.
