Ingredients

  • 250 ml plant milk (plant drink)
  • 25 g oatmeal, tender
  • 20 g corn starch
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla
  • 30 g xylitol (suar substitute)
  • 150 g soy quark (quark alternative)
  • 100 g fruit, fresh, e.., strawberries, raspberries, bananas

Instructions

  1. Heat most of the soy milk with the xucker in a saucepan until it boils. Add the oatmeal and leave to swell for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Meanwhile, stir the corn starch with the rest of the soy milk until smooth and add to the saucepan while stirring. Simmer the mixture while stirring. Take the pot off the stove and let it cool down a bit.
  3. Wash, clean and cut the fruit into pieces. Fold the soy quark into the puddingoat mixture, pour into a bowl, top with the fruit and chill in the refrigerator. When the puddingoats have cooled completely, they can be enjoyed.
