  • 100 gr. cashews (crushed);
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil;
  •  1.5 tbsp nutritional yeast;
  • 0.5 tbsp lemon juice;
  •  salt and pepper to taste.

Vegan Sauce “Alfredo” Instructions

  1. We start with garlic.
  2. We clean the clove and fry it in olive oil. Then add milk, salt, pepper, cashews (grind in a blender).
  3. Cooking for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add yeast and lemon juice. Beat with a blender.
  5. Serve this sauce with pasta.
