Vegan Smoothie

I suggest making a vegan smoothie. With oat milk and strawberries. It turns out a very tasty and healthy cocktail! It is perfect for a first breakfast or a light snack.

Ingredients

  • Banana – 1 Piece (frozen)
  • Strawberries – 100-120 Grams
  • Jerusalem artichoke syrup – 1-2 tbsp
  • Flax seeds – 1
  • Oat Milk – 1 Glass

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Grind the flax seeds in a coffee grinder.
  3. Cut the frozen banana and strawberries into slices.
  4. Grind all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  5. Vegan smoothie is ready!
