Instructions

  1. Put the frozen bananas with the chocolate soy milk in a powerful blender and mix quickly on the highest setting.
  2. Tip for freezing the bananas: it is best to chop the bananas into four or five parts, then it is faster when mixing.
  3. Variations: Mix soy milk with other flavors (e.g. vanilla or strawberry, etc.) and then possibly with other fruit (of course also frozen).
  4. For a shake: just take more liquid.
