- 1 large sweet potato (s)
- 1 small celeriac
- 4 lovage leaves
- salt
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin seed oil
- water

- Cut the lovage leaves very finely. Peel the sweet potato and the celery bulb and cut into pieces. Cook the sweet potato, celery and the lovage leaves with a little water for about 10 minutes. The finer you cut, the faster the cooking process goes.
- Then puree with the hand blender. Add the pumpkin seed oil and stir in well, season with salt.
