  • 1 small celeriac
  • 4 lovage leaves
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the lovage leaves very finely. Peel the sweet potato and the celery bulb and cut into pieces. Cook the sweet potato, celery and the lovage leaves with a little water for about 10 minutes. The finer you cut, the faster the cooking process goes.
  2. Then puree with the hand blender. Add the pumpkin seed oil and stir in well, season with salt.
