Ingredients

  • 360 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 360 ml soy milk (soy drink) or oat milk
  • 1 banana (s), mashed or other sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 15 g e substitute
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. First mix the soy milk or oat milk with the apple cider vinegar or lemon juice and set aside for about 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the egg substitute in another bowl according to the description on the packaging.
  3. Mix the baking powder, salt and flour in a third bowl. Then add the banana, the milk mixed with apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, vanilla extract and the egg substitute and stir until everything is well mixed.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a quarter of the batter. When bubbles form, turn the pancake. When it has turned a little golden brown, the pancake is ready.
  5. You can decorate the pancakes well with fruits, e.g., raspberries or strawberries and vegan chocolate sauce.
