Ingredients

  • 500 g soy yohurt (yohurt alternative), plain, unsweetened
  • sweetener or sugar
  • 1 pinch bourbon vanilla powder
  • 250 g blueberries
  • Cereals (Bio Topping Beauty from NUSSYY Superfood)

Instructions

  1. Mix the soy yoghurt with bourbon vanilla in a mug and then add the sugar to taste. Fold the topping into the yogurt and let it steep a little.
  2. In the meantime, wash the blueberries and pat dry on a cloth.
  3. Fill the yogurt into 2 bowls and add the washed blueberries.
  4. Different fruits and / or nuts can of course be taken as desired.
