  • 125 g beans, white, canned or cooked yourself
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon linseed oil or walnut oil
  • 2 wild garlic leaves
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder, if you want

Instructions

  1. Mix the beans with the peeled garlic and oil. Cut the wild garlic into small pieces and fold in. Season the bean mixture with salt, pepper and, if necessary, with chili powder.
  2. Serve the dip or fill it into glasses and seal. The dip lasts a few days.
