  • 2 tablespoon vegetable stock powder, vegan
  • 1 ½ liters water
  • 3 handfuls wild garlic, fresh
  • 2 spring onions or onions, sliced
  • possibly spelled flour for thickening

Instructions

  1. Add the water with the vegetable stock, add the peeled and diced potatoes and let them cook until they are soft. Then they are crushed.
  2. Now the vegan cooking cream is added, it can also be two tetra packs. Now add the sliced potato and the spring onions, which are then brought to the boil. Finally, the chopped wild garlic is added and the pot is taken off the fire so that the valuable ingredients are preserved as well as possible. If necessary, you can thicken the soup with spelled flour.
