Ingredients

  • 750 g potato (s)
  • 500 g cauliflower, approx.
  • 500 g broccoli, approx.
  • 350 g carrot (s)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 1 garlic clove (s), crushed, to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram
  • 3 tomato (s), peeled and diced

For the sauce:

  • 6 tablespoon margarine
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water. Then cut into slices. Divide the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets and cook until half cooked in salted water. Drain the water and save for the roux. Cut the carrots into slices and cook them as well.
  2. Mix the minced meat with the egg, onion, spices and tomatoes. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Put 1 layer of potato slices, 1 layer of vegetables and finally potato slices again.
  3. Prepare a roux from the butter, flour, cream and the cooking water from the vegetables and pour it over the casserole. Spread the tablespoon of butter in flakes on top.
  4. Put the casserole in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for about 1 hour. Cover with aluminum foil for the first 30 minutes.
